Congress Fees: Every person attending must register and pay the appropriate fees in Canadian dollars per person (p.p.): CONGRESS FEE     Presenter fee: (includes five lunches and ten nutrition breaks) $400.00/p.p.   Non-presenter fee: $425.00/p.p.   Non-presenter student fee: $225.00/p.p.   Student presenter's fee/Seniors $175.00/p.p.     CULTURAL ACTIVITIES – All Congress participants must pay this fee $275.00/p.p.     BANQUET – July 14 Keynote Speaker $75.00/p.p.     MEMBERSHIP FEE: (not required if membership is previously paid) $30.00/ p.p. per year     A late fee of $75.00 is added for those who do not pay by 30 March 2006 $75.00

The cultural events consist of two evening tours during the Congress and two days post-conference tours — food not included — of Thessaloniki and surrounding areas. A visit to Mount Olympus is scheduled on July 16 and Halidiki on July 17, 2006. Post-conference tours to Turkey, Greece and Crete are offered. Please contact icrn@icrn.ca or wait until updates appear.

Half of the Congress fees are due within ten days of the official acceptance of the abstract. Final payment is due 30 March 2006. An additional $75.00 is added to the fees for those who do not pay by 30 March 2006. Until full fees are paid delegates' names will not appear on the website on 30 May 2006.
