Conference Fees All fees are in Canadian funds EVERY PARTICIPANT MUST PAY THE CONFERENCE FEES. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Registration is not validated until full payment is received. The conference package is per person and cannot be divided into particular parts. It is one fee. Conference fees include access to all the keynote speeches, all sessions, nutrition breaks and banquet. Conference Fee       Presenter: $425   Student/Senior: $325   Non-presenter: $375 Refunds are subject to a 25% administration fee and are payable up to March 30, 2010 but only if payment is received by February 15, 2010.   You must be an ICRN member to present a paper at the conference. The membership fee for ICRN is $50 CAD per year payable for two years.   Add ICRN membership fee:

The Canadian Embassy requires that you pay your conference and  accommodations fees before asking us for a visa letter. You need to submit the receipts to the Embassy to verify your attendance. Once these have been paid we shall send you the visa letter that you require for entry into Canada. The $100.00 fee for this letter is not refundable.

Schedule of conference administration

• January 30, 2010 — Abstracts due;
• February 15, 2010 — Acceptance email short notice;
• February 28, 2010 — Formal letter of acceptance;
• March 15, 2010 — Fees due to Register at Registrar@icrn.ca;
• March 17, 2010 — Visa letters sent if embassy requirement met;
• March 30, 2010 — Papers due for distribution to delegates;
• March 30, 2010 — Refunds of fees subject to 25% administration fee if requested before this day;
• April 1, 2010 — No refunds of fees past this date.

Accommodations

Accommodation rates for 2010 are as follows:

4-bedroom apartment	$142.31 OR $35.58 per person

These rates include parking, taxes and daily hot breakfast.
